    Thank you for considering advertising with us. Our rates are among the lowest in Maricopa County! 

Cost: $35.00 minimum, $2.50 per column inch. For a price quote on your document, please fax us and include a cover letter requesting a quote.  

Articles of Incorporation: (Corporations)

1. After approval by the Corporation Commission, fax your articles to us at 1-888-812-8213. Include on the cover page your name, billing address and a contact phone number.
2. We will send you an invoice. You may pay by check or credit card.
3. Upon completion of publishing we file a notarized Affidavit with the Arizona Corporation Commission and send you a copy of the Affidavit.

Articles of Organization:  (L.L.C.s)

1. After approval by the Corporation Commission, complete the one page "Notice for Publication," fax this Notice to us at 1-888-812-8213. Include on the cover page your name, billing address and a contact phone number.
2. We will send you an invoice. You may pay by check or credit card.
3. Upon completion of publishing we file a notarized Affidavit with the Arizona Corporation Commission and send you a copy of the Affidavit.

Court Documents (Notice to Creditors, Summons, Notice of Hearings, etc):   

1. Fax your document to be published; include a cover-letter with name, billing address and phone number by fax to 1-888-812-8213  
2. We will send you an invoice. You may pay by check or credit card.
3. Upon completion of publishing your court documents, you will receive one original notarized Affidavit,  one copy of the Affidavit, and 2 sets of original clippings of your document.
